After facilitating HUNDREDS of Transformational Breath® sessions…

One of the things I notice clients craving the most is deeper connectioN:

🔸 to themselves, by getting out of their busy minds and becoming more present with what’s going on in their body

🔸 to others, by meeting like minded curious people on the same healing path and also having a sense of belonging in a community 

🔸 to something greater, whether it’s universe, source, God or the spirit world

The truth is, at the core of our being we’re all naturally loving, joyful and playful, but somewhere along the way we’ve lost ourselves and become disconnected from other people and the world around us.

When you’re disconnected from yourself, you’re also likely to be disconnected from your purpose.

You probably have a great life on paper, yet sometimes find yourself questioning if this is really what life is all about? 

You might be in your head too much, feeling overwhelmed, lost or perhaps unable to express how you truly feel… bottling things up. 

Maybe you’ve tried a few other practices already, whether it's yoga classes, talk therapy, coaching or reiki but now you’re ready to go deeper and explore your subconscious.

HERE’S THE PROBLEM

You find yourself in your head too much: from overthinking, procrastinating to feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from intuition.

Your inner critic is often loud and you tend to doubt yourself, struggling to make important decisions.

You find it hard to take time for yourself, actually stopping before you’re exhausted or burnt out, often feeling like you’ve got a million things to do before you can relax. 

Perhaps you’re struggling with sleep, feeling tired and wired and finding it to stay present with those close to you, leaving you feeling anxious, guilty or stressed.

You bottle up your emotions and end up taking it out on your loved ones, perhaps you’re feeling easily triggered at the moment, or there’s a sense of heaviness, feeling low, or aches and pains showing up in your body. 

You want to start prioritising your mental health because you can feel things bubbling below the surface and find yourself using alcohol, partying, food, shopping, sex, TV or scrolling social media as a way to distract yourself from how you truly feel.

SAY GOODBYE TO OVERWHELM, DISCONNECTION AND DISTRACTION

When we’re feeling disconnected from ourselves we’re likely living on autopilot. Nothing seems to be flowing, things might feel like a struggle and life seems to be passing you by.

When you start exploring your inner world using your breath, not only will it benefit you, it will positively impact those around you, whether it’s your partner, children, parents, friends, or colleagues.

Your relationships will grow deeper because you’re more present, as will your connection to nature and the world around you.

You’ll feel more in your body and less in your head, in tune with your intuition giving you more clarity and focus with life choices. 

You’ll start trusting the ebbs and flows of life, rather than trying to control everything.

You’ll stop feeling so numb and begin to embrace all of your emotions (from the highs to the lows) and be able to better communicate and share how you’re really feeling when some asks. 

You’ll cultivate more self-awareness, self-trust and self-confidence. 

You’ll feel more alive and experience increased feelings of joy, bliss, peace and love for everyone around you!

THE POWER OF THE BREATH

The breath holds the key

Connecting with your breath is powerful and it’s one of the best tools you have to start improving your life. And the best part is, your breath is with you all the time!

Breath is life! Quite literally it’s our life force energy (also known as Prana or Qi) and if you’re not breathing well (and most of us aren’t!), you’re not going to be living well either.

How you breathe says everything about your life. 

If your breath pattern is shallow you might find you’re always putting other people first, if you breathe predominantly into your chest you might suffer with anxiety or panic attacks, if your breath is big and forced you might be a perfectionist who suffers from burnout.

Changing the way you breathe will change the way you feel and ultimately the way you live, so you can:

🔸 Find more peace, calm, presence and zest for life.

🔸 Let go of any stuck emotions held in your body from those times you held back your tears, didn’t speak your truth in a past relationship or didn’t process the loss of a loved one properly.

🔸 Explore your inner world to build more self awareness.

🔸 Prioritise self care and have a regular breathwork practice because when you feel good it benefits everyone else in your life.

BREATHE & CONNECT

A six week course transforming your world* by using your breath to connect more fully to yourself, other people in your community and the world around you.

Breathwork is never a linear journey, but here some of the themes we’re going to cover:

WEEK 1: INTRODUCTION & INTENTION

🔸 You’ll learn what breathwork is and how a regular practice can benefit your entire wellbeing.

🔸 You’ll discover how breathwork can help with connection to self, other people and the world around you.

🔸 We’ll come together in community, have a sharing circle (optional) and set an intention for the duration of the six weeks.

🔸 We’ll learn some short breathing exercises, before experiencing a mini Conscious Connected Breathwork session.

WEEK 2: PHYSICAL CONNECTION

🔸 You’ll observe your own breathing pattern before learning how to open up your breath using your diaphragm, with the aim of getting back to the perfect breath you were born with.

🔸 You’ll start tuning into any physical sensations within the body and quietening the mind during a 30 min Conscious Connected Breathwork session, trusting where the breath takes you.

🔸 You’ll release any stress or physical tension in your body, so you can feel more relaxed, energised, present, calm and grounded.

WEEK 3: MENTAL + EMOTIONAL CONNECTION

🔸 You’ll learn why human beings suppress their emotions and why your breathing pattern has changed over time.

🔸 We'll have a 30 min Conscious Connected Breathwork session focusing on letting go of any trapped emotions in your body.

🔸 You’ll start tuning into your emotions, learning that it’s safe to feel them and express them.

🔸 You’ll let go of any emotional baggage you're carrying around, so you can feel lighter, brighter and more joyful.

WEEK 4: BUILDING COMMUNITY

🔸 You’ll get to know one of your fellow breathers a little better, experiencing some connection in pairs.

🔸 You’ll have a 30 min Conscious Connected Breathwork session, allowing the breath to take you where it needs to go.

🔸 You’ll tune into the breath and how it makes you feel more open and easier to connect with others.

WEEK 5: SPIRITual connection

🔸 You’ll be tuning into your heart space and being open to connecting more deeply to the world around you or something greater, e.g. universe, source or spirit.

🔸 You’ll experience a 30 min Conscious Connected Breathwork session, again trusting the process and seeing where it takes you.

WEEK 6: REFLECTIONS + CELEBRATIONS

🔸 You’ll connect, share and reflect on your journey over the six weeks, celebrating any wins and how far you’ve come.

🔸 You’ll enjoy your final 30 min Conscious Connected Breathwork session followed by a closing circle.

Hi, I’m Brenna

I believe we can all change our lives by using our breath to connect more deeply to our true nature.

I know, because I was a completely different person before I found breathwork.

Over the last four years I’ve worked with hundreds of clients and seen how the breath can help open them up, connect them more fully to themselves, allow them to fully feel and express their emotions, create connections with other people and ultimately help them breathe better in order to live better.

I love the way breathwork brings people together, because community and connection for me is where the magic lies.

fAQs

  • The six week journey has an investment of £222 per person if paid in full, or 3 payments of £75.

  • This journey is all about connection and community, so for the best possible experience and to really feel the energy of the group we will join live each week.

  • Yes absolutely, this is a perfect way to introduce yourself to breathwork in a friendly and supportive space.

  • You’ll need to be in a quiet, safe and comfortable space where you’ll be undisturbed - in your bed is good, or on a yoga mat. Wear comfy clothes (ideally loose around the waistband), light a candle, have your water bottle, journal and pen (in case you want to write things down post session) and anything else you might like to add to your session (e.g. special item, crystal, photo etc).

  • Unless your pregnancy is very delicate then yes it's safe to practice breathwork. Many of my friends and clients have breathed throughout their entire pregnancies and found it so rewarding. Drop me an email if you’d like to chat about anything.

  • There are some contraindications with breathwork, so if you have any medical complications or concerns please get in touch and let's chat before you book your session.
