BREATHWORK CHANGED MY LIFE

I WAS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PERSON BEFORE I DISCOVERED BREATHWORK.

Back in 2016 my life looked great on paper. I’d a decent job, owned a flat, went on nice holidays, but something didn't feel right and that feeling wouldn't go away.

I was partying a lot to escape, I was always in my head never trusting myself or my intuition. Doing all the things in life I thought I ‘should’ be doing. I struggled to be vulnerable and open with people, to connect deeply with others. Enough was enough!

I left everything behind to travel India and Nepal, exploring various modalities along the way (Vipassana meditation, Human Design, Reiki) and completed a 200 hours Yoga teacher training. On my return to London I set up my soulful photography business (brennaduncan.co.uk) and trained as a life coach (gaining an Advanced Certificate in Coaching) blending the two together.

In 2018 I experienced Transformational Breath® for the first time and was blown away by the sheer power of my own breath. I had a big emotional release, rolling around on the floor laughing and crying simultaneously. It was MEGA!

I felt lighter, clearer and more connected to myself than ever before… I knew this was going to be a huge part of my healing journey, so I immediately signed up for a week long retreat in Glastonbury which then led me on the path to train as a Transformational Breath® Facilitator and Group Leader.

On that initial retreat, I remember the facilitator telling me my breath pattern showed that I was protecting my heart, unable to fully let people in. That really struck a chord. It absolutely fascinates me that everyone has a breath pattern as unique as a fingerprint and that your breath pattern can show me your personality and how you’re living your life.

With over four years going deep into the breath and working with thousands of clients, I feel so strongly about the power of the breath and that we can use it to reconnect back to our true nature… that place of pure love, joy and peace.

Community and connection is at the core of what I do and I believe this is where the magic lies, so I love taking workshops to festivals, collaborating with other wellbeing practitioners and sharing the power of the breath in an inspiring, down to earth and playful way.
