Imagine what it would be like to spend a full day at home alone with no disturbances… just you, your breath and a lovely like-minded community. To come away from the day feeling lighter, deeply connected to yourself (and your people), like you’ve shed a layer and let go of anything weighing you down.

It’s time to clear away all that mental clutter, give your body some rest (allowing any tension to be released), start feeling inspired again and have more mental clarity and energy for your week ahead. A full mind, body and spirit reboot you could call it.

what to expect

🫁 Conscious Connected Breathwork
A powerful practice to get you out of your head and into your body, so you can release physical tension, let go of any emotional baggage and open yourself up to more clarity, joy, connection and presence.

💃 Movement
We’ll shake and move to some vibey tunes to loosen our bodies, increase our energy and open up our airways before we breathe.

Sharing Circles*
A safe, supportive space to connect with others and share any insights or experiences - sharing as a group is powerful, healing and medicine in itself (*totally optional to share).

📔 Journalling
Reflect on your breathwork journey with some guided journaling prompts - a great way to integrate your experience and what may have arisen during the sessions.

Be part of a friendly, supportive and welcoming community.

Who is this retreat for?

A perfect day if you’re in need of a true reset. If you’re feeling drained, disconnected, or simply overwhelmed by all of life’s demands, then this day will bring you back to your centre.

You’ll come away feeling recharged, more open, balanced and deeply connected to yourself.

Why Breathwork?

We take over 20,000 breaths a day. Wild I know!? Yet almost all of us have restricted breathing patterns and are only using around a third of our entire respiratory system.

When we're not breathing to our full potential, we're also not living to our full potential... since the breath is life.

On the day you'll be guided through two conscious connected breathwork sessions, where you'll be held and supported along the way, welcoming where your breath takes you. Trusting that it always takes you where you need to go.

Questions you might be asking yourself 👇

  • This one day at-home retreat is £55 in total. If you’re struggling financially please do get in touch, I don’t want anyone to miss out and I always offer a limited number of community tickets for every event I host.

  • Yes absolutely, this is a perfect way to introduce yourself to breathwork in a friendly and supportive space. Please do check the health contraindications below before signing up and drop me an email on brenna@arisebreathwork.com if you have any questions.

  • The breathwork sessions will be recorded for you to listen back to and practice in your own time, however the opening/ closing circles will not be recorded to protect other participants confidentiality.

  • You’ll need to be in a quiet, cosy, safe and comfortable space where you’ll be undisturbed for the day.

    • Set up a comfy space - in bed, on the sofa or on a yoga mat with some pillows, blanket, laptop and headphones or speaker

    • Avoid any alcohol, caffeine and heavy meals prior to the morning of the retreat

    • Wear loose comfy clothing, not restricted around the waist ideally

    • Your computer/ phone screen should be set up so I can see your body throughout the session

    • Have your water bottle, journal and pen handy

    • Feel free to light a candle and have anything else you might like nearby (e.g. special item, crystal, photo etc)

  • Unless your pregnancy is very delicate then yes it's safe to practice conscious connected breathwork. Many friends and clients have breathed throughout their entire pregnancies and found it so rewarding. Drop me an email if you’d like to chat about anything.

  • There are some health contraindications with breathwork including:

    • Any pre-existing heart condition

    • Epilepsy/ seizures

    • High or low blood pressure with history of fainting

    • Bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis, personality disorder

    • Untreated/ severe PTSD

    • Pre-existing lung disease

    • Recent major surgery

    • History of stroke

    • Glaucoma/ detached retina

    • Asthma

    • Any other breathing issues/ panic attacks

    • Delicate pregnancy

Hi, I’m Brenna

I believe we can all change our lives by using our breath to connect more deeply to our true nature.

I know, because I was a completely different person before I found breathwork.

Over the last four years I’ve worked with hundreds of clients and seen how the breath can help open them up, connect them more fully to themselves, allow them to fully feel and express their emotions, create connections with other people and ultimately help them breathe better in order to live better.

I love the way breathwork brings people together, because community and connection for me is where the magic lies.
