Coherence Breathing is a simple breathwork technique based on a 5.5 second inhale followed by a 5.5 second exhale using your nose. It has many benefits, including bringing your body and mind into harmony so that you feel calmer, clearer, more focused and grounded. 

It’s perfect if you need to de-stress, relax before an important event or fall asleep more easily. A bonus is that you'll feel way more connected to yourself and that you can practice almost anywhere!*

*Never practice breathing exercises when driving, using machinery, swimming, taking a bath, or in any other circumstance where the loss of consciousness could result in bodily harm. It is recommended to seek medical advice before practising breathwork. This breath exercises is a guide only and you should always listen to your own body and not push yourself. If you feel unwell stop. Deep breathing may cause light-headedness, tingling sensations or feelings of energy rushing through your body - these are normal responses and are no cause for concern.

Hi, I’m Brenna

I believe we can all change our lives by using our breath to connect more deeply to our true nature.

I know, because I was a completely different person before I found breathwork.

Over the last four years I’ve worked with hundreds of clients and seen how the breath can help open them up, connect them more fully to themselves, allow them to fully feel and express their emotions, create connections with other people and ultimately help them breathe better in order to live better.
